I am officially caught up to date on Emily Henry books.

Beach Read was not my favorite but it was still a good rom-com. I must admit though it made me a little sad towards the end.

Beach Read is set on the shores of lake in Michigan mainly during the summer. January needs to write another book but grieving her dad and the life she thought she had and would have had has caused writer’s block. Augustus is in the same boat of writer’s block. January and Augustus know each other from college. Let’s just say there weren’t on the best of terms. Resigned to the fact they now live next to each other they come up with a writing plan. Will the plan sink or float? Time will only tell.

If I’m not mistaken I believe this will be coming to a streaming service in the next year or so.
