Are you a series reader? If so, which series do you hold back on because you don’t want it to end?
A Library Lover’s Mystery series is that series I make myself read slowly. I love everything about this series. Let me count the ways:
- It is written by @mckinlayjenn how can you not like?
- Library setting
- Small town
- Set on the coast (Connecticut)
- Dogs
- Sully ♥️♥️♥️ book boyfriend of all book boyfriends
One for the Books is the eleventh book in the series. It is wedding time for Lindsey and Sully. But we all know there have to be hiccups and a murder. Unfortunately the dead was their officiant for the wedding. Oh goodness. With just days away from the wedding both Lindsey and Sully have their hands full.
Beautifully written and the wedding…sigh🥰
The cover deserves its own spotlight. There is no way you can look at the cover and not want to dive right in.
All the stars one again to Jenn McKinlay.
I just started this series! I adore her books. I found your blog from Instagram. I am also a huge book reader! Do you mind if I ask you some book related questions?
How much time do you spend reading a day? What is your reading schedule like? What is your favorite genre to read? Are there any genres you dislike? Do you purchase a lot of books each month? Do you have a book buying budget?
Just some questions I like asking bookworms like myself.
Love your book blog. Thank you for sharing!

First, thank you for reading my blog.
Oof, how much time do I spend reading a day. It depends on what I have going on. I would say average is 5 hours a day. Some days I have more volunteer hours than others. I don’t watch much tv. If I am working on a craft project I may get more hours in because I listen to audiobooks while crafting or puzzling.
Favorite genres are fiction and mystery. Sub genres are historical fiction, Amish fiction, and cozy mysteries.
I dislike horror. My imagination will go into overdrive and I’ll have nightmares.
I rarely buy new physical books but I will clean out a yard sale or second hand store if the pricing is right. I do have a kindle so I hit up sales there. I use my library every week.
I do not have a book buying budget. I’m thrifty so I’m pretty good at being reasonable. I have a few authors I buy new such as Nora Roberts, Ellery Adams (cozies), and Laura Bradford.
I enjoy chatting with other book lovers so feel free to ask questions.
Have a great day!
